Women in Trade Project

This project is funded by TradeMark East Africa which is targeting 4,000 women urban traders, and 400 women light processors. The project has two major outcomes i.e. women in trade increase their export revenues and volumes in the region by 10%; and visibly shape national and regional policy.The Project area is Countrywide but focusing on the districts of Kampala, Hoima, Masaka, Kapchorwa, Kabale, and Amuru where hubs have been set up. The project timeframe is July 2015 – July 2017.
